Objectively, the Rivian is a better vehicle than the Cybertruck. That’s not just my opinion.
I didn’t recommend Rivian stock, I recommended a Rivian truck since the poster I replied to liked the Cybertruck but not its suspension or looks.
If we only bought vehicles from financially healthy companies, no one would have vehicles.
And no, I do not like Elon and that has nothing to do with what I posted because, again, the Rivian is a better electric pickup truck vs the Cybertruck.

You guys are missing the whole point. The big problem is nobody wants EVs. Sales are nowhere near what was estimated by now, and the first wave of sales was largely a progressive movement. Tesla is caught in the crosshairs because they were insanely overvalued, and Musk isn’t helping.

Tesla doesn't advertise, you should know that. X is actually online and you can see from actual company representatives about what is going on. No, people generally reporting on Tesla are generally hit pieces, they would actually have to go interview someone at Tesla to get info, and they generally don't do that. Hell, NVDA stock dropped like a rock on total BS, they didn't bother to interview Jensen to get any facts. They just made up their own. Deepstink is so far advanced and they did the whole LLM training for only 6 million dollars right?
I am sure you could find a source on Tesla if you wanted to, but you don't really want to. You just want to bash the company. You aren't interested in facts... Smart people would try to google the new Model Y.

Lol, Tesla is actually up 34% over the last year, up over 700% the last 5 years, and up over 18000% since 2010. Do you actually research anything or do you just pull your info out of your backside?

You think I didn’t do this? None of the results mentioned the new model y being the reason Tesla sales are down. They sell other models too, right? The Y having a decrease in production doesn’t automatically translate to 30 to 40% reductions in total sales year over year.

Tesla recalled every single Cybertruck today for panels that could randomly fly off. If I’m not mistaken, the Cybertruck is the most recalled vehicle ever made. The Rivian isn’t perfect, but it’s a better product than the Cybertruck.

Besides TSLA being up 10% today, the 1Y is sitting at 60% still. I think we all would love all our stocks to give us 60% a year.
EVs are for sure less popular now, but the safest bet out there is Tesla and could be the sole EV survivor, which has a place in our transportation world now.

Sustainable self energy and storage.
* multiple applications
Autonomous driving
*Long haul
*taxi
*air transport (coupled with battery tech and storage)
EV cars and trucks fall in with this technology.
I own no Tesla stock now, but see huge upside to buying soon.

I doubt we will ever see him again actually. If he came back he might have to acknowledge that Tesla model Y is now sold out in 29 states. Just as I predicted, Tesla just gained far more fans than any they lost.
