TDOC closed quietly over 190 and showing some strength.
very sensitive to news in both directions as I still believe the market discounts livongo and intouch

put up or shut up for this stock this year for me. It’s still way overweight but I’ve never been in any danger of seeing it red due to an early entry and favorable merger terms. I’m just not sure if it will ever escape the gravity of COVID ups and downs

I think I've gotta take some profit on SQ. It's been an absolute rocket since falling off.

One of my only good plays so far this year.

I just want to point out TECXF is up 30% today. The market cap still isn't 100M.

PYPL seems to be in better position. Still has a bit to go where SQ is right back at the top. It will probably pull back. The price targets for PYPL are quite high as well.

CFRA initiates TDOC at buy
quote:

Our 12-month target price is $218 based on a DCF valuation, which also reflectsan EV/sales multiple of 10.3x our FY 21 sales estimate of $2.0 billion, apremium to peers. We start our EPS estimates at a $1.56 loss in 2021 and a $0.62loss in 2022. We have a positive outlook for the telehealth industry, given itsconvenience for members and ability to reduce costs across the wider health caresystem. TDOC was able to scale its business quickly and effectively in 2020,increasing visits and platform-enabled sessions by 206% to 12,667 total, andenabling 98% revenue growth. We expect momentum to continue into 2021, as thetelehealth business-model gained exposure and acceptance in 2020 during thepandemic. We also anticipate both revenue and cost synergy opportunitiesfollowing the Livongo and InTouch acquisitions

I cut my position in half yesterday at 275. Another decent play it seems.

Besides IPWR and some other stinkers, starting to get the hang of this thing in my Roth a little bit.

Many thanks for this board.

(also fully realize the potential of shitting the bed at any given time but if you do enough diligence and don't get greedy while still having some balls, things can go well)

^world class insight lol

Luckily what I currently have is 100% profit since I was able to get my original investment back in February

But yeah, it's been pretty boring since then so I just keep trying to poke a stick at it in hopes of movement

I’m also holding a smallish position in PLTR in my investment account. Because it’s a long term hold, I seldom look at it - that makes a person tempted to act. All I’ve been doing is selling some covered calls and sometimes selling strangles around it to generate some yield and lower my cost basis.

Not sure what your entry is, but just tossing out an idea for you and others who may be holding something that’s range bound.

i have come to welcome a range-bound price. anecdotally, every single time i've traded out of a stock thats stuck, it eventually moves higher. look at AMZN this week for a good example.

i sat on a large boat of AMD at 50's for months and months. i got frustrated at sold it.

what i should have done is sold some options around it and held on, obviously

interesting start to this month, plenty of evidence that the 2020 leaders are strong and buyers are there. counting today i will have had more red days than green, but i'm up 7% since 4/5.

i think thats a good sign of a more orderly and thus healthy market...plenty of red days but the green days are better (higher lows, which is what i always watch for)
