A few are leaking here at the end, but it's been a nice last couple days.

Potential trouble in the ARK world that will change majority ownership of the firm. I’m sure their distributor just wants to cash in on their option and everything will work out, but it would be interesting to see Cathie Wood break off to create a new fund(s) and see where she starts.

XPEV has been on fire even after the short by Citron. They will have to cover the shorts at some point and XPEV will rally hard.

I had 10 sold calls expire Nov. 20. Some were exercised, some not, but I'm happy with all of them. It was a good week for me though the market wasn't doing a lot my positions did well except for TDOC.

Sunday reading with your coffee

quote:

“..estimates edge to grow at 39% CAGR to reach $43B by ‘27..Other industry experts..believe “$43B by 2027 is off by 300% and that in same 14 years it took cloud/SaaS/PaaS to reach $218 billion, all Edge services will be worth closer to $300B

Really good analysis of the reason for and the future of edge computing, very relevant if you own FSLY and NET, mostly in layman’s terms

I bought an expensive long call and then it dropped %50. Might recover.

Cgrand, I would hold onto your Tilray for a little while. I bought some too, in the 7.20s. I think weed will have a nice little run over the next few months. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Tilray hit $25 over that timeframe. Once we pump a bit ill just set a stop loss at my entry price

my guy moonshine trades thinks there’s a big move up coming in cannabis as early as next week. I bought some ACB on Friday also.

it’s basically been a 2 year bear market on weed.

caution for all these are swing trades and not holds. They’ll crash back down just like they have in the past. Get your gains and then get out and do not chase up

once more re PINS.
Pinterest is a “neutral party” and a safe haven for advertisers.
When you go to Pinterest you are looking for ideas and the ads actually bring value to the experience. There is no interaction with the unwashed masses and no opinionating.

when you see an ad on twitter or Facebook YOU are the product. When you see an ad on Pinterest the product is the product. Huge difference

I could not be more optimistic about PINS. It’s going to be huge

and guess who handles edge traffic for PINS?
ok that’s all for today, hitting the yard projects. Excited for the stretch run for this year and about being well positioned

I agree. My wish I could scrape more to put in. Thinking about closing my Etsy and moving it over. Etsy has barely a 1% return since I moved into it. Meanwhile PINS is up 100% for me.
