Same train along with about 12 others. Think I’ll run out of money to invest before long with so many I’m trying to invest in. Don’t think I have bear where you have mentioning buying ackmans when it comes out with 100k. Good for you! How much higher do you think OPES could go short term? Seems like 15-20 for a burger chain is pretty fair value coming out of merger. Shake Shack's IPO was around 20, IIRC.

Too easy. Made over 35k on it today. I've been accumulating spaq warrants under $1 just for today's news. I sold some just now at $4.15.
It's a cycle: rumors cause spike and hype, then drifts down, then confirms and spikes again lol. It doesn't even matter the acquisition at this point. ORNS announced some crappy company/news last week and it jumped over 200%. I sold all immediately.
ANDAW, FTACW, CFFAW on my near term watch list along with many others. Rinse and repeat.

So you mentioned a while back about buying stock if its a company you like being acquired. If they confirm Fisker would that be a good one to buy stock in?

What’s the lag time between warrants running up and then the common shares? Is there enough delay to use the warrants as an indicator to buy common shares?
I e had a difficult time keeping any $ in these spacs while the tech companies are cruising up.

Nice jump AH. Robintrack shows over 11k added today.
I'm still holding quit a bit of warrants, will sell off more gradually. More info eventually will be revealed on Fisker and may pick up share for longer hold if there's definite confirmation, investor presentation and financials look good.

Too many variables on warrants and common lag times. WSB, RH, ST and twitter P/D trying to get into the action now making it way more volatile. Just have to stay ahead of the game and understand how it is evolving weekly.
I hear ya. I'm very tech heavy on my regular accounts. I started a speculative account hoping to make a few extra cash to funnel back to my other accounts. Thanks to VTIQ, I made out like a bandit, and ended up with a SPAC obsession (holding over 40 now) and made over 400k in approx 10 wks.

I’m really enjoying learning. It’s funny to me now to read a post from someone looking for advice on where to put x amount of dollars to get the “best return possible”. I didn’t do that, but definitely had the thought in the back of my mind. But, it’s like anything else in life. You gotta get some skin in the game to learn the lessons...good and bad.
