This article mentions Hydrograph by name.

quote:

Sixty startups have worked at NGI and GEIC over the past decade, and GEIC currently hosts roughly 230 people from about 30 partner companies.

Canadian company HydroGraph Clean Power opened a lab here in January, in part to develop applications for GNPs that it makes by exploding acetylene and oxygen in a steel chamber.

yes, I did - there are also a couple YouTube videos of Jay Taylor with the CEO and one with the regular engineer that he refers to (Landis) in the article. They are a little bit more dated than the KB interviews but still within 2025.

I verified the reports of AH $.47 on a few different sites last night, but it was inconclusive that there was actual after-hours activity. But we closed at .62 and opened at .65 so I don't know what's going on. Regardless, it is up bigly over the past couple days

How do you buy it on Fidelity? Can’t buy anything under a dollar.

Around 9:42 est there was a purchase(s) of about 600K in shares - That drove the spike to .70 - lets see how it holds - really nice volume

I jumped in last week so it's probably a bad play.

I’m using active trader app to buy, but had to digitally sign the penny stock agreement first. And limit only, it won’t accept market

I’ve never used fidelity until a few weeks ago.

How are you buying limit?

It is somewhat variable in that way. For me - I am watching various checkpoints as I am playing it as a real technology and not hype.

1) We are in hype cycle - fine lets spread the word
2) First checkpoint is we should have some smaller commercial contracts in the next several months. If no contracts come in by the end of the year - I would likely pull or atleast significantly re-evaluate
3) Nasdaq IPO Q1 2026 as a target. If (2) happens, that is likely and I would hold to that at a minimum
4) Post IPO - there should be a tranche of major commercial contracts, if you believe the thesis. That would be the next checkpoint

After that - not sure lol

This is from Grok, but based on .42 cents per share as of a couple days ago.

HydroGraph has a 50–60% chance of moderate success by 2027–2029, achieving $10–$50M in revenue through graphene commercialization, with a 20–30% chance of hitting $200M profit if it secures major contracts and scales production.

Its market cap could range from:2025–2026:
$100–$300M (0.9–2.7x current $113M, $0.33–$1.00/share), driven by initial contracts and momentum.

2027–2029:
$185M–$1.25B (1.6–11x, $0.62–$4.17/share) in the base case, with a bull case of $3.7–$5B (32–43x, $13.70–$18.52/share) if it achieves $200M profit and a tech P/E.
A bear case sees $50–$100M or near-zero if commercialization fails.

Success depends on scaling the Texas facility, securing contracts, and avoiding excessive dilution. Check SEDAR filings or hydrograph.com for updates, and consult a financial advisor to align with your risk tolerance.

I definitely cannot complain today. The question will be the legs until the first news of it which could be a month or more away.

New video today - quality of production is not going to win any awards - but probably the latest and greatest. Nothing shockingly new although a little talk of some announcements in a month. May just be finalization of Texas but lets see....

I thought that was a pretty good interview. Would love to know who they are partnered with for the lease in Texas.
CEO gets really excited when he mentions the Department of Defense…

I am curious on the partner too. She has relocated to Austin and they mention that several times so curious if it is close to there.

And on DoD, this is not the first time that she seemed to not have a poker face in that regard! Really hopeful on that - would be seriously good on all fronts.

What’s the catch here?
Do they not have any cash?
Brambough will fund them if they need the money!
But it looks to me like they can produce 99.8% graphene at very low cost as long as they have acetylene and oxygen…

Only 2.6 million CAD.
Sounds like they could use much more. Where are the investors?

Yeah so cash is $2.0 million USD at 3/31/25 - 6/30 is not out yet.

Net current assets also around $2.0 million.

Will need cash to build out but not outrageous (750K a unit - i think they are starting with a handful and the build out of the lease).

17 million warrants expire in Sept which will be exercised as heavy in the mondy - to that will be $3.4 million. Other warrants (unfortunately 40 plus million of them) may also get exercised early at this price which would raise cash.

I know KB talked about consulting them on ways to raise cash in non dilutive ways (ie try to swing deposits on these initial orders etc...). Honestly, if the price goes up much more I would not be surprised at an offering - they borrowed in December at $0.20ish US and needed to give up a half a warrant. I do not want any dilution but this price movement makes it a lot more palatable if no other option is available. if they did a raise, I would not be surprised if KB is heavy in it (PIPE). Just speculating though.

The good news is again we are not looking at the need for a massive raise. And once they get a few contracts, will not take long to self fund.

As for other catches - 1) micros from Vancouver sometimes have a taint on them - particularly in minerals (I know this is not mining but I think the majority do not understand that). 2) The graphene space was pumped and dumped hard in the late 2000's and there is an elephant memory there. 3) Bluntly, old management did not seem to have much of a plan with this thing when they took it in since 2017. Breure has a vision and a path she is executing on (GEIC etc).

Caveat - I am not a scientist so this could all be crap for all I know lol
