All those people wishing they had gotten in when it was between $1-2 may get their wish by the end of the week...

Yall think this is a mandatory hiccup and that they get their act together?
No. I think they are in a period where they are trying to get signed contracts. NASDAQ listing is nice, but it doesn't generate revenue.
I think they are looking for a collaboration with the US government and to paper up agreements to sell graphene. They can scale up the number of hyperions to meet the demand, after they get the commitments to buy.
A new gas line, new HQ, and NASDAQ listing are all going to bump up the stock, but just temporarily.
I've been saying I'm looking for PO announcements, OR contracts to build hyperions. If they have a contract that a client doesn't want made public, then the number of hyperions they are building will tell us how much they are selling. A collaboration with the government to create a GEIC or joint lab would be big, too. It would show the governments interest in what graphene can do.
So right now, you can look at all the resistance levels cup and handles, pivot points, consolidation, or high volume breakouts and do what you want with them, but the bottom line is that either HGRAF is gonna sell a lot of graphene and make a lot of people very happy, or it won't. Those are the two results I'm looking for, so I'm going to hang on to the stock until I'm pretty sure which way it's going to go.
If customers test it out and they don't buy, then we'll know it's not the super-material everyone is looking for. Maybe, they have a great product that is so specialized, that they don't ever get the demand for 10's of thounsands of tons. We'll see...
