So when does inflation kick in?

To the point to be concerned? Cash is not the answer. You best hedges? Residential real-estate? Bonds? Stocks?, what sector? ??? I've always liked real-esate with the 401k and IRA in stocks and bonds.

Not bonds. Fixed income is a terrible place to put new money in now. Equities and hard assets are the main things that come to mind.

I never had the exact numbers, but just every day observations during the eight years of Obama told me grocery prices were going out of sight…. Prepare for chapter 2
