NM... Will update when report comes out..

So they released a prelim report and will have the full report out on the 25th.

LINK

Of note:

quote:

"With our leading direct-liquid cooling (DLC) technology and over 30% of new data centers expected to adopt it in the next 12 months, Supermicro is well positioned to grow AI infrastructure designs wins based on NVIDIA Blackwell and more,"

Supermicro will expand our leadership as the premier US-based data center infrastructure solution provider. We anticipate this technology transition sets a strong foundation for us now, resulting in FY25 revenue in the range of $23.5 billion to $25 billion, paving the way for $40 billion revenue in FY26."

But real report will be release on the 25th

Current market cap is at around 25 Billion, but they are projecting to do 25 billion in revenue just this year….. is this not something that should be 5x higher right now?

SMCI got themselves in a pickle last year with some shenanigans. Their price tanked hard.

Right, but they were still doing a ton of revenue. Seems like it should be higher regardless

I struggle to follow the underlying reasoning to support the projections. NVIDIA started actively diverting their chip allocation to competitors three months ago.

They expect increased revenues on the premise that 30% of data centers will adopt their DLC? Logically, you’d think that NVIDIA choking their chip supply will also have a chilling effect on their ability to convince users to adopt their cooling solutions.

Is tariff on chips going to be announced?

Nasdaq turned green today but nvda and tsm are super weak today, especially nvda. Yesterday around 12 pm there was a sell off on nvda.
I just have a weird feeling about it.

There is nothing special about their cooling. The leader is a company called Vertiv.
