Small Business Group Health Insurance Options in Louisiana?

Our business employs 9 full time employees. What are small employers doing for Health insurance?
We’ve paid 100% of our employees (and their spouse/family premium) in the past...cost increases are putting an end to that.

We pay 100% of employees, and have the employees pay for their dependents ... 19 full time employees
We also make sure our broker is shopping the hell out of the plan every year and evaluate the options that fit the budget we want. They told me there are plans out there when you can move to a higher deductible, then fund a portion of an HSA for the employees, for less money than a low deductible plan

Pay 100% of all employee High Deductible plan. If they want to purchase lower deductible plan, they pay difference. Family and dependent coverage is employee paid as well.
Found this to be best solution to avoid any discrimination.

My company has 3500+ employees, they pay 2/3 of the employee only.
If you add a wife/child you pay it.

Add some spouse / dependent cost to employee. Also, add a 2nd plan option that is less expensive than current option. With some skin in premium, employee might rather the less expensive option. Then you can save some money too when they move to less expensive option.

Why not? Because the rise in premiums?
