This. And they are guilty. I've reported them numerous times over the years.

Something tells me the DOJ isn't going to put the largest private health insurer out of business even if they are guilty of whatever they are alleged to have done.

Fines and penalties. The penalties for defrauding Medicare are not your usual slap on the wrist. They end you.

Ask Walgreen's how that working out and they weren't even defrauding Medicare.

This might be the smartest thing you've ever said. It's like watching a monkey use a tool for the first time. Broken clock is right twice a day. Yes, it's called capacity in the marketplace and the DOJ won't go down that road.

Jim Cramer says it's a buy.

Which is comical given he told someone on mad money just last month to go with Humana over UNH

Well, he nailed this call! It’s down 56% in the last month. His opinions may have changed once a stock drops 56%, as they well should.

I started DCAing into UNH this morning. So, if history is any indication based on when I start buying, it probably has another significant drop ahead.

This means a lot coming from the person who claims the FED lowered rates after trump was elected to politically help Biden.

10's of thousands of stocks out there and you're going to hitch your wagon to a company has suspended their guidance for 2025 & are being investigated for Medicare Fraud which could eliminate them from serving the majority of their current customer base ?

I guess that's one way to invest.

I guess you were asleep in the entire year of 2021 when Powell was in lock-step with Biden and Yellen claiming 40 year inflation records were just transitory and the way to beat inflation was to simply get vaccinated. You are a clown but I won't hijack this thread, there will be plenty other threads when I can clown Boat and his shitty little alter JohnnyKilroy. Btw, what happened to your Florida Gators logo? I see you traded it in for a Cajun Navy one. Can you be more full of shite outing yourself as an alter?

What does this have to do with your claim that the FED lowered interest rates to politically help biden in December of 2024?

All insurance is financial fraud, why anyone would own this POS company or believe in any insurance company is beyond me… they are all criminals. You are investing in them to steal your money, makes no sense to me. Then when the time comes you need to use your insurance they do everything in their power not to pay you back or pay you as little as possible.

And y’all want to keep funding these assholes

this will turn and when it does people will wish they had got in at moments like this. Slowly accumulating . Could see more drop to maybe 200 but by end of year pushing 400 again. The funniest take is from the Analyst that lower their outlook from 600 to 400 after a massive drop. Wow so bold of them.

Clarity will present itself come open enrollment time. It’s no surprise all of UNH’s troubles came to light starting in February.

Anyone that’s dealt with these companies knows they’re currently targeting areas where their network is too big to fail, and will start dropping hints over the next few months about pulling out of markets and laying off staff to turn the tide.

As open enrollment nears they’ll receive increasing political sympathy from areas where they have a large employment presence that can crater a local economy as well as areas where they carry the only provider network and could leave large groups without coverage.

I had no idea who that guy is so I had to look it up. That’s the retard who thinks rates were cut after the election to help Biden. He knows who I am though. It’s good to be the King.

I was contemplating buying some late yesterday when it was around $308. I decided to wait and the next morning, it was down to $270ish, and on a lark, I put in an order to buy at $250 and nervously watched... Much to my chagrin, I got it at $250.

It's too early to call, but it seems to be on the way up after reversing course when it hit $249. I have put a stop loss sell at $250 now, so I won't lose money, 'cause this shite makes me nervous and I hate it when I do this...

This could be a really good call, or a big nothing burger.

Fair warning to all of yall holding

I decided to grab a few shares… I am holding some corp bonds already and they are still positive from my purchase( I do not trade I hold for the revenue stream)

Based on my history the stock will now shoot up in the next 36-48 hours …. I will look brilliant .. and then it will drop drastically and die on the vine..

Pretty sure my prediction based on my past performance is better than Cramer
