I have been holding because I felt like the rates would continue to drop. I was just offered 2.5% on a 20 year or 2.25% on a 15 year, based on a 740 credit score. I’m am thinking about pulling the trigger.

How much lower can rates go?

I was offered this, but also 2.6% on a 30 so i will go with 30 year.
Not much different in rate between 30 and 15.
