Pre and Post Market Monitoring

What app or site can I use to monitor stock movements in pre-market and post-market? Is it possible for the general public (i.e. me with a brokerage account with TD Ameritrade) to trade during these time frames? Trying to understand this a little better.

Overall market indices Pre & Post I use investing.com and/or its app.
Individual stocks I use Yahoo finance.
Yes, you can trade from 7:00 am to 8:25 am CT & 3:05 pm to 7:00 pm CT. Those must be limit orders.

Thanks. Also just found out TDA does show you pre and post market movement but you have to click on the individual stock. So it won't show in my watch-list or consolidated view.

Yahoo Finance App and you can make a list of what you want on the home page. Gives aftermarket percentage without having to click on anything

Use limits if you’re trading extended hours. Spreads can be extremely wide depending on the security. Bid/ask depth is often poor as well.

Anybody use that Atom finance app? I downloaded and tried tying my brokerage account to it but won’t work.
