I love when people say that shite. I will give that guy $100 if he can find the post where I've called myself a "financial guru." Paypal.

I don't know about you, but I constantly talk about how I'm smarter than the clowns at blackrock and bridgewater.

Well, to be serious for a moment, I don't know how you'd quantify "guru", but I certainly enjoy your insight as well as that of several posters on MT. Doesn't necessarily drive investments at this end, but certainly provides food for thought. With the resources we can bring to bear at this end, trust me, that's a compliment.

I'm 66 and I've got 20 cents. I had a million last night but I went to the boats. To paraphrase Yule Brenner before he died "Whatever you do, don't gamble."

I'm flat broke. I lost it all when the bottom fell out of the baseball card market.

Now see! I knew Cubbies was wrong when she said you didn't have any sense at all.

Actually it just shows the immaturity of some of the people here through their responses.

Yea it s really "mature" to ask someone how much they make. You should make an alter and just start over.

Post Your Age and Net Worth . . .

Say for a 22 year old with a base pay of $32,947.20 annually (not including additional income in form of non-taxable BAH $13,788 and BAS $2,676.48)? I know that you cannot contribute non-taxable income such as BAH or BAS towards a TSP but can you towards a Roth? How much of your base pay percentage wise would you want to contribute ideally towards a TSP and Roth each month? I have nearly zero expenses outside of $107 a month for car insurance, around $200 a month for food/going out, and however much for spending on misc items.

Thanks

Lets just say you happened to get a girl you aren't serious with pregnant. How would you go about convincing her that an abortion is the best option? Secondly, when would be the best time to bring up such an idea?
