Options Assignment Question

I sold a covered call this week that finished in the money. I've looked through my messages at Vanguard and haven't seen anything saying I've been assigned. Does anyone know the latest you can find out that your shares have been assigned? Does Vanguard just run slow and they've been assigned but won't show till Monday? Any guidance will help. TIA.

If you’re at least a penny in the money, your shares will likely be called away. Most brokerages update their systems to reflect assignments on the Saturday after expiration Friday.
