NFTs are the only thing left that's uncorrelated from traditional asset classes
it's basically art but repackaged on the Blockchain so it's actually a rational investment all things considering
my jpeg port outperformed everything else in 2021 and I was even rugged a few times lol

Where do you go to learn about these things? I’m guessing it’s getting in before others and waiting for it to get hot. I’ve been reading some of your posts in other threads. What’s a good place to source info for things like this.

it's more complicated than it seems but it requires an understanding of scarcity, utility, aesthetics
community and engagement are also important
my best advice is to jump in and immerse yourself into the space
join discord..follow Twitter..download phantom wallet. try to mint a project.

yeah its just a chrome extension for now
i recommend phantom because gas fees are like 0.001 on solana so youre not out much if the nft fails, compared to eth/metamask where gas can be hundreds of dollars
mobile wallet should be here soon for phantom.
opensea is the most popular nft space for eth. magic eden is the most popular for sol
you can learn more just be joining the discords and learning about the utility of projects that way.
i dont trust most of this stuff long term so do not be afraid to sell if you get a profit.

Right. I’ve been watching the discord and all the past few weeks. Any particulars you watch for NFT’s? I’ve mainly been watching them for crypto. I’ve watched a few YouTube for NFT. thanks for the help.

i honestly have no idea what to look for these days, the narrative is constantly changing so youre guess is as good as mine.
i dont see any particular edge right now other than to find nfts with high demand and scarcity. mint those and sell or hodl for profits.
there are some intrinsic benefits like being a part of a community and social engagement with other like-minded people that is important too but thats not really fiscally motivated.
as long as male loneliness continues to be thing, nfts will continue to be popular, thats my basic thesis moving forward

nfts will evolve into more useful tools. Its a great way to raise capital and build active community. Coins are just numbers but nft gives digital identity. Its your share of the company in many ways. this won't just go away. 99% of roadmaps are fake tho.
A good example is syn city. Nobody really cares about the copper launch, but they would give you anything for a genesis pass.

Not really, the underlying tokens obviously have, but I haven't seen NFT's dip all that much.

nft are bleeding usd too. but they've held stronger than the underlying coins. i'm convinced there will be an nft/gamefi market in a coin bear.
