Does anyone think Solana has any officially blue chip NFTs yet?

The ones I think have potential:

Boryoku Drangons
Stoned Ape Crew
Mindfolk
Catalina Whales
Portal
Suites

Cute profile pics and games are increasing in supply. The Apes and punks are doing mental gymnastics to justify hodling a $250,000 pic and still sleep at night. The minute doodles flipped cool cats I saw people change their pfp. no ether fan here, but the generative on-chain art without IPFS or API has some tech merit.

I invest in the team behind the nft. Royalties from sales can't support a DAO. Games and Defi companies that have faucets/drains and good tokenomics are a solid bet for user base retention.

I honestly wasn't trying to be a butt, but all those are brand new fly by night as far as SOL goes except for one and it hasn't minted yet.

Yes on Suites, but it's only because third time Ian is a master DEV and anything photo finish game touches is platinum and diamonds mixed. I am thrilled to hold my stud and Fillie and be whitelisted for Suites.

My concern with most of the rest are SEC rules. I'm not touching shite RN that runs afowl there other than to flip.

I honestly believe that the long-term blue chips will still be the pieces that hold the culture and communities that are the core of the nft movement.

I'm a proud Thugbirdz holder. I believe it's mix of strong community, the only hip hop culture in nfts, an amazing dev and chill arse PFP makes it a long term winner.

SMB will always be strong, those dudes are in it long term, smart, tied into the space and tight knit. will buy if another good dip. (I always buy blue chips in big dips)

DAA, again amazing dev and artist (same guy). strong community, apes always do well in nfts.

I'm gonna hold my idea that solsteads come back. OG, great art, low supply. long long term hold, but will spike again.

I think dragons have a really good future and can be in there, but a little bothered that they are eth knock-offs and SEC issues long-term.

some other metaverse project like portals will be huge for utility. it's probably my bet along with suites (suites already has insane partnerships though that nothing else will mach)

SSC is for sure blue chip, my biggest whiff simply due to lack of research at a busy time of life, the core behind it is outstanding. it's literally the company that helps SOL scale.

look for these in the future.

people are trying to build alpha daos, sniping tools, Ponzi schemes, casinos, etc. flash n pan. find the core community, devs and tech that make shite run, buy it and HODL

Not a bad list of what’s currently hot. I’m most bullish on mindfolk and portals out of those. (And suites too, but we’ll see what the price action looks like after launch).

I’d add SMB, DAA, and aurory as OG collections with staying power.

Desolates has potential (it pumped a bit this morning/last night, but I still think it can run to 20+) as a metaverse play. Hard working devs and already have a working product.
