Dude. I have no idea how these fees are applied.
CB charges one, the miners charge another, your credit card might charge another...

Just make it easy and do an ACH to coinbase. It will be an easy 1.49% or use GDAX which is the same company as coinbase and the fee is 0.25%.

Lower than 7500 / 750 / 100 tomorrow? Unlikely imo

1.49 charged by coinbase?
What about miners fees and shite they mentioned?
Also, what does coinbase charge if I use my credit card and the cc company doesn’t assess any fees?
Also, is gdax a completely separate ap?

1.49% is the ACH fee on Coinbase. 3.99% is the CC fee on Coinbase.
GDAX is a website, but you use your already established login credentials from Coinbase on it because it’s the same company. GDAX is the trader interface for Coinbase.

What if barclay doesn’t charge fees because I’m active duty? Will coinbase still charge the 4%

You’re thinking too much into this man. This isn’t a Vanguard account you will pay fees.

Whatever your bank charges is completely separate from Coinbase fees.

Why do they even bother charging 4% then? Lol
Ok so the short answer is I’m either getting charged (by coinbase) 1.49% for ACH or 4% for credit card.
If barclay decides to charge a percentage for whatever reason that would be on top of the 4%...

Correct.
And as benefit you get your money instantly Vs waiting.
So you have to look at that depending on how much you're putting in

Getting it immediately isn’t a big deal for me since I won’t be buying alts with it. Unless there is something I’m missing.
