Binance is so fricking shady. It's like you don't get the true current price until you go to the buy/sell section. Or I'm always exactly a split second late which would be a remarkable coincidence.

Lee may just want to make it easier for larger entities to feel comfortable adopting litecoin. If he doesn’t own any, then it’s one less red flag to do business with him. (Hypothetical)

He specifically said it was to remove any conflict of interest. The timing sucked, but after all the other controversy going on at the time, it was something he thought he needed to do.

Agreed. They're also likely turning all that "dust" into legit, whole ETH, BTC, etc.....
They're making a killing on people being willing to part with fractions of their stash just to buy-in on the "next big thing".

On the subject of LTC, what does it have to set it apart from the others? I understand why ETH is theoretically more "functional" than BTC. I'm just not understanding how that works with LTC.

I know and I do. That's only a workaround to account for either a glitch or a shady practice. My post was related to the latter. I didn't say I didn't know how to buy/sell at a specific price.

well if you go to the screen it gives you the last price sold at automatically. if you refresh it'll change it.

I don't think it's either of those things. The price fluctuates quite a bit.

In many cases, I'll watch on the markets screen and it will refresh like normal. Then I'll go into the buy/sell screen and it will jump thousands of sats one way or the other. In this case, it moved about 25000 ETH sats. Could just be a strange coincidence, but it happens a lot.

I think I just need to delete my Binance app and re-download it in 6 months. Watching the ups and downs can get nauseating.
If I knew they wouldn’t steal my funds it would be very tempting.
