crypto + blockchain/tangle is here to stay. the value add is huge in so many sectors and really evident. transactions, tracking, security, analysis,etc. .this will be the evolutions of many antiquated systems.
crypto + blockchain + this market is NOT here to stay. the market will be manipulated,controlled,etc and the way we make transactions on it will change. having to go to coinbase > eth > binance > TRX will not be a thing. youll be able to just invest into TRX, if you believe in the company. probably 1-2 years from that happening.

Agreed. Eventually it will be something one can add to their portfolio for long term. I just don't think it's there now and people need to realize that. Make money while you can and day trade like it's the dot com bubble all over again because it basically is.

It is actually pretty easy, you just download and extract, it will automatically start to sync, then you send your coins to it, back it up, and wait. After 24 hours your coins will "mature" and they start to stake, which means you get free coins. I'm still waiting on mine to finish staking

So I currently have a rather large number of DASH set up in a masternode that pays out around 8 to 9% annually in additional DASH.
I have been taking those payments (in DASH) and converting them into other coins that are at much lower market caps but also have promising futures.
Currently, I am invested in SHIFT, REQ, XBY, LINK, DRP, BLOCK, COSS, AMP, ENG, MOD, QSP, IOT, GVT, ICX, and WABI.
If you were in my shoes, would you continue to hold onto the DASH masternode that pays out a relatively consistent % annually or trade off those DASH for more speculative coins that have a higher potential return (but also arguably greater risk)?
