The idea that a crypto currency can take on banks, world governments, and central banks and win the war in the first battle is laughable. All it takes is one state department press release saying Crypto is funding ISIS and tax evasion and the game is over.

No one is shorting bitcoin. It's like a sandbox where bulls play with each other and liberal arts majors decide they are traders. That's all well and good while everyone is a buyer. Wait until all these degenerates are sellers...

No one ever said that crypto will go up in a straight line or be without dips, crashes and panic attacks.

Not sure why crypto doubters crawl out from their caves to assume that when dips occur.

Just a few short months ago, $3000 BTC seems highly absurd. Now $3000 seems to be a buy opportunity.

How many products are actively competing against sovereign nations' ability to conduct monetary policy, account for transactions, and raise revenue?

You must have just got out of the latest KPI briefing from your buggy whip co. proving how the horseless carriage is a passing fad.

Great comparisons to crypto’s of the current transition from the innovator phase to the early adopter phase.

So many people just don’t get what will be common knowledge “everybody knows that” in a few years.

Just like if you run out in the downtown yelling the earth is round. “Everybody knows that”.

Actually good analogy. During the internet revolution and tech stock mania, Nasdaq went from 650 to 5k. Sound familiar? It then crashed to 1100 two years later. Is the internet still revolutionary and was it thoroughly adopted?

Yes. But if you invested in '99 u lost 80% of your investment if u bought the index and often 100% if u bought individual stocks that went to zero.
