At 115k I hit my retirement number at 41 years old.

Congrats man. 100K will be tough to break through, but it will happen.

This melt upwards is not sustainable without some brief breathers. Just know that these breathers are not the end of the run. Don't panic. The ride will be both fun and stressful

Keep up the good work IG! I'm giving you all of the credit for this parabolic run. Every time you post the next thousand dollar gain, Bitcoin takes notice and keeps going up!

Although I hope Bitcoin doesn't take a breather, you can definitely count on a pullback at some point, and that's what triggers me to volatility trade. Ive explained this several times before. Some of you do similar trades, and this type of trading and risky so not right for a lot of folks.

With this kind of parabolic run, I need to see a $3K pullback and then I am pulling the trigger and selling 5% of my BITO stack and converting it to BITX. Once Bitcoin recovers to the original $3K or so higher price before it falls, I reverse the trade. If Bitcoin instead continues to fall, I open more similar trades

Cashed out my doge into USDC. Wow, what a week. Up over 100% from last week. Can't believe it. I got in when it was at like half a penny.

Let’s check in to see how the bitcoin related equities and options are doing TODAY (blacked out non BTC related companies)

I’ve never seen a rally this resilient. It dips and I think “alright now we’ll see a 2-4% correction and then get back to day to day business” and it just eats the dip and shits it out.

Look at max pain on options. Link earlier. Might help you on your open options positions.

Yeah it's not typical to not see more volatility. Maybe it's because this is the first parabolic spurt of growth since the ETFs were made available in January, so there are many more buyers who are FOMOing.

Expected some rebalancing at close, but seems to be holding steady.

Let’s see what happens when the retail traders get off of work.

I don’t like the idea of buying right now but part of me is “worried” this could more or less continue until 100k.

Trade the perpetual contract, hold the asset. I haven’t bought any new BTC. I’m short BITX, and I’m long a perpetual future’s contract. I’m not buying BTC at this level when my average BTC cost is $22K. But I ain’t missing out on this either.

Now, I hope things settle down because at some point I need to show up at my business, and I’ve had to monitor these trades non stop since Election Day.

BTC will pull back, and if the past is to be believed, it will pull back a ton. I’ll buy physical BTC then. I’m trading now so I don’t miss out.

Hopefully the people getting off work keep this thing going for another couple of hours.

I didn’t sleep election night my friend. I haven’t been to my business since the Monday before the election.
