Is the burn hard coded in or is it a team that decides burn amount?
burn percentages are hard coded. the actual function is public and can be called at anytime via the interface. With a small reward going to the caller

It's my last big buy for awhile that's why. Can't believe coinbase Pro daily limit decreased. Had to deposit into voyager. I'm getting too much on there for my liking though.
Strike is awesome buy only 1000 weekly limit smh

I understand what you are saying, but the pretext to my calculation is pre-sale price. It's not realistic because the price will moon with massive buy and burn pressure, but it is a fun and jaw dropping exercise to compute the burn rate at pre-sale price.

I keep only a very small portion of my crypto on a CEX. Hardware wallets are the way for anything that is a long term hold, only keep what you might be trading short term on an exchange, and for obvious reasons I prefer DEX's to CEX's in this space, especially in this Big Brotherish regulatory environment when it comes to KYC.

I was looking back at the first few pages of this thread when it was just about ETH from summer 2017. On page 8 I posted "I know everyone's situation is completely different, but what kinda price do y'all think it won't "be worth" continuing to buy? $200,300,500?"
Man I wish I could buy some $500 ETH right now lol

As the always funny Tim Dillon responded, traditional bankers are certainly known for their empathy

people staking on the beacon chain are probably so numb to it by now

Will we see this price range in the foreseeable future again? What do you think?

It should follow bitcoin as long as there is no major development in ETH 2.0 to rally behind

6 years delayed. Ethereum is such a joke nowadays
It would have been much better if they just kept POW as security and moved to Layer 2. I dont know why there is such a push for POS when POW works so well for security and every other chain has issues scaling with security and POS.
Anyway, glad I can keep mining it!

This is true. Which is why time after time the ETH killers have come up short.
The best challenger has been BNB and it sacrificed the decentralization to make it work.
I do hope the forks/challengers work out as there is room for everyone, but I do question how a fork of ETH can FIX the problems they keep running into with scalability and security.
