Is there somewhere reliable to learn about crypto? I lucked into a friend telling me to invest about 3 years ago (he gave me some good pics and some stinkers) during a good financial time for me, so I have obviously had major gains (like 5-fold return on investment). But I haven’t bought really since. Now I’m actually interested in DCA with some other cryptos other than BTC (I own 1.1 BTC and about 0.5 BTC equivalents- this includes some ADA IOTX VEN ETH ATOM TEZOS and SOUL among others, many of which are duds ).

Is there a reputable place to find solid up and coming crypto? While a jackpot would be appealing, I’m actually just looking to invest in potentially solid ones that are less likely to have the jackpot returns (presumably because they have already cleared that early Wild West fluctuations from early on)

If referring to BTC, the Taproot soft fork just went live five days ago. The same thing happened right after the Segwit soft fork. Subesquently, BTC went from $4k to $20k over the next four months. People naturally get nervous when you change the code base so significantly, only to return in droves once things are settled.

If you're going to take on a larger buy/risk with BTC, this is likely the time to do it.

Posting this as an FYI for the DAO guys. Even when some of these DAO post extraordinary APYs the reward rates per 8 hour rebase between the high and low APY DAOs do not match the perception you receive when you see a DAO offering an APY more than the atoms in the universe. The reason why when you calculate the 8 hour rebase you have to take the 1095 root of APY. Here are some examples of the 8 hour rewards for some high and low APY DAOs:

Jasmy..
I’m gonna keep repeating it.

Looking at the chart jasmy is trading in a downward channel and looks like it will reach strong resistance around 13 cents. It's currently trading at 0.15586 with its recent high of about 20 cents. I'm not playing it but if I were I's set a limit buy order just north of thirteen cents at 0.131.

Are there fundamental reasons to buy jasmy?

I'm sticking with OHM and TIME.

In pretty big on OHM. I'm a believer in the idea, but believe it will take time for the market to digest it. Lot of rebases b/w now and then.

Correct, like I said yesterday, the APY is meaningless. A better look to see how much you will be diluted or not is to look at the bond rate 5 day vs the stake 5 day ROI.

I have one DAO in my crypto portfolio and it's OHM. I'm sticking with it too, simply because it's basically the first adopter and many of new DAOs are just copycats with higher APY. (I think TIME is a solid DAO too, but don't own it.) Furthermore I like how the leaders in the OHM DAO are so aggressive with bonding projects like Olympus Pro and they are responding to competition on other networks with cheaper gas fees especially Olympus v2 about to come online. You will have to convert your sOHM to gOHM when v2 comes online and there will be a couple of month transition period from what I understand.

Ohm success is dependent on ETH 2.0 and that can't be overlooked. If gas fees really do come down to pennies then Ohm could realize the vision. Until then they'll bleed capital into forks.

I still think the majority of crypto whales are betting on ETH so am sticking with Ohm.

Ask yourself what Ohm MC would be now if ETH transactions were reasonable.
