Why is everyone so sure of a 50% + bleed from this space next year?
Perhaps people should be buying it with their eyes closed. The world banks may keep the foot on the gas for 10+ years to avoid a "japan lost decades" type downward spiral.
Saylor may be right.

I don't think everyone is so sure. I'm not smart enough to back the supercycle theory up with an intelligent thesis, but I tend to err on that side of things. Yeah, you have those that still hold to the fourish year cycle, and they may be right, but the market is so young that, in my average IQ opinion, patterns can't yet exist. There's the old saying that once is chance, twice is a coincidence, and three times is a pattern. We're really only at the coincidence stage. The pattern has yet to form - if it does form.

I get that for some, but I think many don’t understand that deflation isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
I'm listening. How is deflation bad for my coins? Deflation increasing the value of an asset is the way of the world. I'm not the US government that needs inflation to help pay for it's ridiculous spending.

My suspicion is ADA will continue to outperform leading up to the fork. Followed by a few floppy days, then a nice little correction. Not a clue where the ceiling is though. I will be taking profits if it does go on another rip pre-fork

From what I understand, the sacrifice phase is over. So you’ll have to wait until it launches to get some. Likely will have some sort of bridge from eth to pulse

so ever since eip1559 eth has been getting destroyed by other smart contracts platforms
sol. Luna. ada. hex in particular
eth fees are still higher then they should be, will be interesting to see how this plays out

There needs to be demand for an asset over a long term. Deflation shrinks supply in hopes that demand is inelastic, but if every transaction shrinks supply, why would anyone transact over the long term? Early on these things make sense, but over a long run they cripple prices due to a lack of liquidity. It also manipulates price discovery.
I can get behind these concepts as a trade, but longer term they make little sense to me. I’d much prefer a stable supply on something like BTC.

Hex is not. Pulse is, but hasn’t launched yet.
No offense man, you said yesterday you know a lot about hex. You obviously don’t.
Maybe you misspoke. But I’m starting to notice a lot of people talk shite about coins they know nothing about, like HEX. (You even bragged that you know more about hex than someone else).

when I said hex I meant pulse chain.
that's what people are hedging on with the hex coin
many hexicans in this thread are saying the same thing as to why they're leaving eth (the point of my post)
