anyone see the news about NJ cracking down on Blockfi?

Could be a short-term FUD on interest accounts etc. or possibly a sign of things to come ....

What case, the Kraken one? Seems stare decisis has been carved out with the Coinbase case. IRS demanded Coinbase for data on 17,000 users and got 1,500 and I'm assuming those were based on a factor like $/size or trading volume.

I don't do any of that stuff that would matter. I just sit around and twist my mustache. Maybe an evil laugh every now and again.

I haven’t really decided my entry point. I think, for me, it’s gonna be more temporal based rather than price.

I don’t really want my money sitting somewhere for 2-3 years that could be somewhere else.

I’m pretty much watching the markets for any reason to believe the winter isn’t here yet.

B-Word Stream


ARK Invest Youtube channel is hosting a live stream. Goes live in 4 hours. This is the event that got set up with Elon Musk trolled Jack Dorsey and Dorsey kind of trolled back and got Elon to agree to meet to discuss Bitcoin.


Dorsey is likely to try and put forward that the ESG concerns are overblown and we shall see how Elon reacts. That is, assuming you think Elon's ESG concerns are genuine in the first place and not a chess move for tax reasons, but assuming he is genuine to any degree it might be an interesting conversation.

Cathie Wood being a part of the panel is also interesting. ARK Invest is a big investor in Tesla and Square, so she will really try to get them on the same page.
