Have to take on the risk of an altcoin's volatility.
That's what I like so much about this iron finance usdc-iron pool on Polygon. Insane APR/APY. IDK how long 500% APR on a stablecoin pair will last but I'm riding that wave as long as possible.

I’m doing canary on yield yak. It’s basically just staked auto compounding. Currently at 560%apy. But with auto compounding it’s over 10000% apy

Well it’s on the avalanche network so you would have to go through some steps to do it.

kucoin is listing xava which is an avalanche native token. So if you set up metamask for the avalanche network, you can buy xava and send to metamask and then you are good to go on using avalanche defi.

I have also been trying out different Dapps on different networks and really like the polygon matic network and binance smart chain.
if anyone is interested in different network, sushsi swap app allows you to connect with several different forks of ethereum with metamask including the following eth forks:
Ethereum
Fantom
BSC
Polygon (Matic)
Heco
xDai
Harmony
Avalanche
OKExChain
Sushi swap will add these networks to your metamask, but you can also do it manually by adding a local rpc network and filling out the Network Name, New RPC URL, Chain ID etc, when you use the network drop down menu.
Dapp Radar list many different upcoming and popular Dapps for various networks and many defi ones that have yield farms. Anyone reading should be careful and do your own research about choosing which Dapp to use however, some of the more established Dapps seem to be considered more trustworthy then many of the new ones coming out. However with the risk of the newer Dapps, they can offer very high APR/APY percents which can bring people on board, but it hard to know from the get go.

Its peg mechanisms have been thoroughly tested through multiple 50-60% dips on TITAN. It seems like a pretty solid stablecoin. TITAN is tanking today, though. From $60 down to $20 right now, and TVL on Iron has gone from >2B to 1.7B.. Wondering if it's going to recover and I should buy some.

woof Titan just dying out here. It's automatically sold to try to stabilize IRON and maintain the peg. Now I'm glad I sold off my TITAN

For those interested, looks like TITAN tanked today bc someone found an exploit (but it's just usage of the built-in functions of the protocol) that allows them to infinitely mint TITAN.
