That is all basic technical analysis stuff. The guy has no special insight. All he is saying is that BTC is likely to retest the bottom it just made and then bounce up to the next resistance area.
Someone who knows nothing about BTC could look at its chart and have made that prediction for you.

I've been buying this falling knife for the last few days, but I think I'm gonna let things settle before I start buying more. If this is a long term thing, it's not like I have to jump in right this second. And if it bounces back soon, oh well so what I missed the absolute bottom.
