Good clarification there.

they have to be in a decentralized wallet for you to get a copy onto the pulse chain.

Man, my first 3 weeks investing in and learning about crypto has been a whirlwind. How have y’all survived years of this lol

this was supposed to be fixed over a year ago....
I could care a less what's causing it....
going to be interesting to say the least

and see, that is where it's going to be hard for some... Gas prices being as bad as they are, I don't know if it's worth it to me to jump into a decentralized wallet because that will end up costing me two gas fees. We will see though

Unfortunately, the "kings" of the crypto world are kings because of first adoption, but as a lot of companies have learned throughout the years, sometimes being first is all that matters to stay King

I know it literally cost penny's to transfer from coinbase/gemini to metamask (eth, ERC20 tokens, USDC)
I don't know about the other one's like voyager etc.

right now, because crypto is so young.
EVERY single person I have talked to about Pulse....that has an ERC20 token right now, who will get a copy of those tokens on the Pulse network....
When I asked them, would you then buy more of "XX ERC20 token" on Pulse (for pennie's) or continue to buy more on Eth....Not 1 single person has said Eth.....
The only people defending Eth are the people that actually own Eth....people that want to buy and sell coins want lower fee's and faster transactions.

I don't think gas is that outrageous since Vitalik nuked the memecoins.
This is in Gwei. 90 Gwei is like 50 cents or some shite. I can't find an easy calculator, but 1 ETH is 1,000,000 Gwei, so 90 Gwei is not a lot.

... You realize your argument is "wait" to those "waiting" for ETH 2.0....
Also, can you explain how a fork of a chain that is having to be revamped because it cannot handle the load would be able to hand the volume of ETH? What if the market cap is 1 Trillion? How is PULSE solving problems?
Where is their whitepaper?

you're right....$20 is reasonable to buy a coin on the eth network....says no one ever.
ridiculous that you're even arguing this.
Posted on 5/13/21 at 4:49 pm to boomtown143
You're twisting my words. I never said $20 gas is acceptable, just that it's not as bad as it was recently since Vitalik nuked the memecoins. I don't think it's $20 right now, either.
I also think I miscalculated, because 1 ETH is 1,000,000,000 Gwei not 1mil.
So.. 100 Gwei is .0000001 eth.
Math not my strong suit. Monke brain.

like I've said a bunch of times....it will be out in the next 2 months or so.
He had a whole live stream about Pulse...scroll through

Wake me up in 2 months and only if ETH doesn’t still have 75%+ of Defi running on it.

Ive seen that. My biggest hangup (and I am not saying it wont be useful in the short term and you cant make money) is that when ETH2.0 is out, whats the point?

I’m choosing to believe we’ve found some modicum of support around 46k - 48k pricing in the new Elon FUD. And honestly frick that dude for playing turncoat and acting like he didn’t do any of this research before spending 1.5 billion dollars and then shilling doge for three months
I’ll be cautiously optimistic when I say it could have been worse if we can hold that.
Problem is I’m not sure what the path forward is now. Institutional adoption was the angle for the rest of the cycle and now an ETF seems kinda fricked because there is a good argument that if one man can move the market 15% with a single tweet it isn’t safe for investors
