What's everyone doing to ensure someone has access to your coins if something happens to you? Mrs. Juice knows I have some, but aside from that has no idea how to get to them or what to do. It's not like coinbase asks for beneficiary info when you sign up

Is there a system better than writing down name and password to exchanges and keeping them in a safe place? My links are on a nano ledger to that's its own thing.

ETA: Not that I plan on leaving anytime soon

This is a serious concern of mine even though I’m young. This would most certainly be life changing money for my wife at this point. Andreas recommends this book

Crypto Inheritance Planning

My wife knows where my assets are distributed, how to get my seed (heyooo), and a friend to contact for technical assistance. But it is time to start upgrading opsec

I'll look into that thanks. It's just something that crosses my mind from time to time as I watch my portfolio grow. But it's just never a priority because who wants to take time to sit down and deal with shite like this? (And that aspect is really no different from other will/ planning type stuff).

Upvote. Very relevant topic as life changing wealth has already occurred for many on here and it is likely to turn generational this year.

I would never post that on the internet. And what’s true for me may not be true for you. We have no kids and live a bit differently than the norm.

We sit down together once a week and go over it. She fully trusts me to be doing this with our money so I owe it to her to make sure she is taken care of in the event that I cease to exist

Exactly, crypto in general is no different than stocks. Most are just funding mechanisms for the protocol. Same as stocks.

I don't believe in every company I invest in, but if I can make money, I don't care if it's penny stocks, Amazon stock, bitcoin or random alt coins.

In the end I am in this to make money and using the stop loss method works and works very well to lock in profits. Same thing the huge traders like bitboy do. Minimize risk and lock in profits while not getting greedy.

Wanted to say thank you for bringing this up, it had not even crossed my mind. My wife is not tech savvy at all so I need to grt this done to make sure it goes to her and my kids should something happen.

I just sold 9% of my btc. I have no idea where it is going, but it is going up a little fast, so I think a pullback has to happen. That said, the pullback might be from $85,000 down to $75,000, so I whiffed. Who knows?

I last took profit at $49,500 BTC. No one knows when it'll pull back next so I'm in a holding pattern for now

With instiutions buying up this much volume, it is hard for a huge pullback as they let it sit unlink the retail guys imo

Take this with little grain of salt as i'm a noob

I prefer the UI of binance over others

I'm trying to get used to kukoin. it's pretty good

the voyager app is relatively new...and features free trades which might be a big deal. I downloaded it and got off waitlist but have yet to make any trades

Ok, as far as the selection variety would binance and kucoin be at the top?

Anyone with a Ledger ever use their built in exchange for buying?

Also I’ll be honest I’m a little confused about Segwit versus native Segwit addresses
