So, help the not-so-tech-savy out. I understand the basics of a VPN, but using a VPN will give my Coinbase account and app other coins? Or the VPN will give me access to other exchanges?
You just use the VPN to get a UK or whatever IP address. The register as normal. Transfer in from Coinbase and you're done. There are some limits on how much you can transfer out at a time without verification, but obviously we can't verify being in the UK because we aren't.

quote:Because 1 bitcoin = 100,000,000 sats (satoshis). Now that bitcoin is getting to such high prices, it would make a long more sense for people to start thinking in terms of sats instead of whole bitcoins. Someone new starting out psychologically would fare better knowing that are buying 2,000,000 satoshis with their $1,000 rather than just buying 0.02 bitcoins.
How can you pay for something in .000012% of a bitcoin?

Gold has a use but I’ve never seen anyone pay for anything in gold.
It's just a store of value. Simply because a lot of people agree on it. Though gold does have physical uses whereas BTC does not.
It's kind of like this: We don't really care what use the coin is or if it ever actually does anything so long as we can ride the wave up and take some profit. I have no idea what the concept behind CAKE is but if I can make 10, 20 or 30% off of it, who cares?
This ride will stop at some point but now is the time to be slicing some change off IMO.

It's funny that people in this thread are uncomfortable with bitcoin because it only has value because people are speculating that it does....
Which is the basis of all currency in the history of mankind UNTIL fiat currency which isn't based on any fricking thing at all and is a valueless piece of paper not backed by any thing at all.

my man.
but if the thesis is accurate and bnb continues to cut into the marketcap of eth. it's conservatively a $750-1000 coin
$220B : Eth
$40B : BNB
you might be late to the ride but it's just getting started IMO
