By what measure?

By it's peers in the semi industry. Nvda is rightfully priced for growth, but eventually the earnings growth will slow. And like every hyper growth stock the price will follow.

Comps will be its worst enemy and then justifying 80-100 PE will become hard. Probably fall back to the 30-40 range.

I know I don't have to lecture too you slackster as we usually see eye to eye here.

I think our opinion of how long this growth phase will last is the difference here. Basically bottom line how long can they be the dominant hardware supplier here

I’m with you on comps and sheer size of the company being a problem, but it is growing into that PE too.

I have very little doubt things will slow down for them, but I think it will be more about the earnings catching up than the price falling considerably.

Intel is way behind. It's why they are a $30 dollar stock.

AMD... nope.

AI is just getting started. Amazon and google and Microsoft.. all of them are using Nvidia.

Why is share price relevant?

Why is Nvidia share price relevant?

Intel tumbles as chipmaker falls further behind in AI race

Jan 26 (Reuters) - Intel (INTC.O), opens new tab slumped more than 12% on Friday following a bleak first-quarter revenue outlook, as the chipmaker plays catch-up in the AI race.

The forecast from Intel, one of the largest suppliers of PC chips, weighed on the rest of the sector. The Philadelphia SE Semiconductor Index (.SOX)
, opens new tab slipped 2.7% to its worst day in more than three weeks.
"AI seems like (it is) everywhere except at Intel," said Hans Mosesmann, analyst at Rosenblatt Securities, which has a sell rating on the stock.

The point is the AI business is just starting. Nvida has a lot of room to go and is already about to introduce a new generation. Amazon has paused shipments waiting on the new gen..... the Blackwell.

I am always thinking I need to get in early early, I had about 10k three months ago and did get NVDA at 800, but decided to split it between NVDA and QCOM. QCOM is up around 40% and NVDA is sexy but is up like 21 or so.

I am going to sit tight for another quarter or two. It seems this AI shite is for real.

I did. Intel is so far behind in AI chips, and they are not going to catch up. They have been a company on a downward spiral for a long long time. The stock is down 35% for it's life time.

AI is going to keep NVDA moving forward. AI isn't going anywhere.

Huh explain how you came to this number.

I hope you realize I'm not even talking about nvda or intc. I really have no clue how you are coming to your valuations of stocks.

Saying intc is a 30 dollar stock and nvda is a 1000 stock is such a misunderstanding of investing. I hope you get someone to help you
