Need a CPA in Lake Charles...

...who specializes in LLCs. I plan to purchase a house or condo within a year in BR for my son and possibly three other kids within the next seven years who will be attending LSU. I'd like to have an LLC set up to run the property through as he'll probably have one or two roommates.

Prob need a lawyer instead of an accountant. Single member llc is a disregarded entity for tax purposes.

CPA will be cheaper and not screw up the tax side of it

as far as location goes, i suppose i'd take a high quality cpa specializing in llcs/real estate anywhere between baton rouge and lake charles, inclusive...

Call Brad Cassidy. LSU grad. He's in a practice off of South Ryan (DeBakey dr.) near Deangelos. If he can't help you, I'm sure someone in his office can.
