What happened to all the national pundits preaching natgas to $5? Short term trend how low do you think it will go before winter increase?

Are they the same ones who predicted last Spring that crude oil was going to approach $100/barrel by the end of this year?? It better hurry!

It's entirely weather related. They will still have deliverability problems at demand hubs given low storage & maxed infrastructure when cold rips through high population areas.

If you see some serious HDDs cruise through the NE & south in February & March, it'll run.

I don't pay attention to the media so I don't know when the price prediction was said, but /NG reached 4.929 on November 14.

You realize it was basically $5 this fall right?

I don’t follow it, but winter increase? It’s January now, we are a full month through the winter. Does it not usually spike for the winter we’ll before this?
