Micron

So, I don't know what to do at the moment. I'm holding one share of Micron, which I bought in December 2024. Currently it's up over 900%. Do I sell now? Wait and hope it reaches $1k?

I bought ten thousand shares a few months after moving to Boise back in the late 80's. Paid 50 cents per share. A few months later I met an MU engineer at a party and thought the guy was an idiot - he was a friend of a friend. Saw the guy every now and then at BSU football/basketball games, and nothing changed about my perception of him. A couple years later right after he had been promoted to a senior position (MU was scraping the bottom of the barrel) - thinking MU was a disaster waiting to happen, I sold. MU was having well-publicized problems at this point, and if memory serves - needed additional capital from JR Simplot. Anyway, I took a nice gain and forgot about MU after moving back to Phoenix.

So I made some thousands of dollars on MU. The "idiot" ended up retiring (early) with about $50 million in MU stock.
