If that is even possible; not sure what the process is to switch from an Advantage to a Supplement plan.
I remember looking at that scenario with my mom when we considered an advantage plan. First, you have to switch back to original Medicare which can only be done at certain times of the year.
Then If you want medigap, you might have to go through evaluation where a pre-exisiting condition can disqualify you. Even with no pre-existing condition, they may still decide to deny your application. Since you've been on the advantage plan for so long, you have no guaranteed right to buy medigap like you had when turning 65. There are exceptions such as the advantage plan you have is leaving the state or you move to an area it doesn't cover.
Even if the supplemental insurance company accepts you, you might face higher premium as penalty. Similar to not signing up for Part D at 65 and paying higher premium (my mom is penalized for this).
Check this out which will give your options:

Ask your doctor what advantage plan he would want for his coverage.
That one is easy. It's the one he is in.

Whatever you do stay away from Advantage plans. They limit your ability to get care when you need it. They limit who you can see and what type of care you get.
This. Medicare Advantage is a total scam. If you ever need coverage for any kind of acute care you’re fricked.
