MainStreet grant federal taxability thoughts-LA has waived tax.

Anyone here playing a little loose on the federal side? Louisiana has passed a bill as of Monday declaring it not taxable but since it's a small state grant the IRS has not received permission to waive the tax as far as I know as state grants were not included in the Federal bill waiving the tax on things like PPP and SBA EIDL grants. Anyone else run into this issue. The state did issue a 1099-G prior to waiving the tax.

I'm not seeing any news on the state bill passing? Have a link?
