Looking for property manager for Baton Rouge rental house

We have a house in BR we are looking to rent out long term and currently looking for a property manager. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Check with Weichert Realtors. I think they charge 12% though to manage rentals. You can probably find a better pricing structure.
