I’ve already said this but I think it’s time to find those players in the US market that stand to benefit most from liberalization of US weed laws. Rumor has it Trump will legalize medical at the federal level after the elections. Would be a huge boon to those US players. But who are they? I think ITHUF & MDMN are positioned the best to become national players.

I've read that exact same rumor over on reddit.com/r/weedstocks
As far as I know it's completely unsubstantiated.
It would be amazing for those holding US weedstocks.

Our guy is on the ball. Livewire’s CEO met with Congressman Rohrabacher earlier this year.

Looks like APRU is moving on their CBD infused drink. Apple Rush, RushNet, and XYZ Hemp have announced they are partnering up and proceeding with testing.
A few weeks ago I had posted that APRU signed a distribution deal with Anheuser Busch subsidiary Grey Eagle. I think that deal was focusing on the regular Apple Rush as well as an alcohol version of the drink. Eventually, CBD drinks are going to hit the market in a big way, and there is some potential there with Anheuser Busch - like Coca Cola partnering up with Monster Energy.
I might still take a flyer on Apple Rush. It has its problems - there are a ton of outstanding shares, allegedly as many as 50 billion. There is also confusion about who has controlling ownership of the company. Both of those issues are supposed to be clarified when their next FINS are released in a week or two. However, the stock is only trading at around 0.015, so plenty shares can be had for a minimal investment.
I’ve been too lazy to set up another account (Etrade or Schwab) since APRU isn’t available on TDAmeritrade, but I may go ahead and give it a shot. Has anyone thrown a few dollars at APRU yet?

Palm Coast, FL, Nov. 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- RushNet, Inc. (OTC Pink: RSHN), Apple Rush Company, Inc. and XYZ Hemp Inc. (OTC Pink: GRPS) jointly announce CBD enhancement beverage testing. Dr. Richard E Goulding, Chairman of the Board and Chief Medical Officer of both RushNet and XYZ Hemp Inc. (formerly Gold River Production Services, Inc.), stated, “The three companies have forged a joint production and marketing initiative to cover beverages and other products while maintaining the quality and taste unique to Apple Rush products and those of Florida Brewery Co. Inc., manufacturer and distributor of domestically and internationally distributed beers, while utilizing pristine water and the benefits of choice CBDs.”

When I tried a couple weeks back, it was there with a buy or sell button, but when I tried putting in a buy it wouldn’t allow it.

If you call you should be able to get it at the online rate.

I just bought another block of LVVV while it dipped. Up to 50k shares. If it stays in the low .03s, I may double my total shares in a few weeks.

I'm getting concerned about LVVV. Some of my other stocks had a nice little bounce but LVVV seems to be slowly and steadily trickling down.

What were your other stocks and are they Canadian or US stocks?
ETA: BTW, all these stocks get a bump then come back to reality. Hell, 3 weeks ago I was up 60% with LVVV and then before buying back in today, I was down 11%. It's a constant tide of crests and troughs right now with every single one. News comes out, stock spikes. Next few weeks goes back down. More news comes out, another spike and so on.

It all depends on if you’re in it for day trading or for long term. For people who jumped in before a few weeks ago, they’ve already had one chance to sell at 50-75% profit margins. I still see these dips as great buying opportunities. I’ve said I was done buying and comfortable with my position a few times already, only to scoop up more shares when irresistible prices popped up again.
The uplisting and the Paso Robles permit are two things that I am very confident will happen soon, and there should be nice pops. Likewise, they’ll be seeing revenues eventually from their distribution license. People who don’t think these things will happen have no reason to invest in this stock. My feeling is that they are slowplaying press releases until the uplisting happens, then they’ll start issuing more updates to a larger audience.

Yep. I keep telling myself, next spike of at least 50% I’ll sell 50-75K and then buy back in the dips. But then I’ll worry that it will keep climbing and I’ll have given away all those shares. Of course, if I could see into the future I’d just go buy the winning powerball ticket.
My long term investment strategy aside from this is very conservative, with a goal of 5-6% annually. With anything else I would have been all over those 50% gains. But I just feel like this one is going to make a huge run within the next year.Hoping these 3s hang around til next week when I get paid so I can add more.

Canadian. They dipped after Canadian legalization, but have been kind of rebounding here and there since then.
I bought in too late and have never been in the green on LVVV. I'd like some signs of hope.

I just bought 10k shares purely for this that way it doesn't affect my original plan but allows me to take some rev and potentially get more shares at a later date.
