I'm looking for a company that can take specific areas on a map and pull addresses for that specific area. For example, let's say the state is going to widen a road way on a major street, are there any companies who can pull the addresses for the companies based on specific areas on the map?

Every state/county is different.

But often that is available free online. You can hire someone minimum wage to pull data. It not only gives you the address, but the owner and mailing address.

That's a pretty simple GIS problem that even the most basic GIS person could do in about three minutes, so I'd start with a GIS services companies. They would essentially add a buffer to the roadway layer and output a table of businesses within that buffer. That's like second day GIS 101 type stuff. Might even be able to find someone on a website like Fiverr that will do it very cheaply.

If you're in a more urban location, chances are pretty high your local government will have an online parcel viewer with a land-use or zoning layer. It would take some tedious leg-work on your end, but you could easily do it yourself.

Don’t reach out to zoominfo unless you want to drop $15k. Made that mistake once of sitting through their pitch.

I will say they can pull anything and everything you want though.

We use landmen for this in the oil business.
$450-$500/day

Or download OnX Hunt and start clicking on tracts. Easy peasy
