Not sure I’ve ever held a company that was bought out. What happens to my shares once the acquisition is final?

Pretty sure your brokerage handles the transaction, but you will get paid the buyout price per share.

Yep. If it happens you’re guaranteed the $27.10 per since it is a cash/finance sale.
I might sit and see what happens. Now that others know the company is for sale someone might make a higher offer.

I’ll probably sell this year and capture the gains since I sold my McDermott shite this month. They should offset each other well.

Not necessarily. Considering how high it is now. It may make sense to go ahead and sell.
