Is there anything to be said regarding benefits of staying with the same bank?

If I have my checking account, savings account, credit card account, and even a brokerage through the same bank, will that possibly help you out more on a car or home loan because they have more financial info than what would otherwise be on a report, or will it simply be a closed process that they just look at your report.

Only through "relationships."

My account is at Scottrade and, because of identity theft problems, will only allow a withdrawal if I verbally confirm.

Peace of Mind.

Had my checking with Relaint Bank here in TN for about 5 years.

When started was paying 6% on up to 50k in high yield checking. Now down to 1.25%, but still solid by comparison.

When I did my construction loan, they waived all fees, I mean everything. And they didn't do my construction to perm, so didn't make up fees. I have referred well over 5M in business. I have the bank presidents cell #.
