Is it time to start accepting interview requests?

Thanks guys. I’ve decided to start actively searching for a new position elsewhere. I’ll update y’all later when I hopefully find something better.

Meanwhile, I'm literally the only one in the office who shows up on time every day. I'm the only one in the office who does the most work, I lead the office in sales (by a lot) just about every single month, and I'm here almost every day. The others are always out, and quite honestly should have been fired a long time ago for attendance issues alone, not counting their other issues.
Sounds like your co-workers are already looking for other jobs. It sounds like you should do the same.

Not reading this wall of text but didn't you just post a thread about this very recently?
If so, and this is your 2nd, then yes look elsewhere.

Yes, I was offered an interview with a company that is on shaky ground recently but I declined it. It was too risky of a move so I politely declined that request. However, I think I'm going to put my search into high gear now. All the signs here are pointing at stagnation and possibly even failure if I stay with my current employer. I hate to see him fail but I'm sure as hell not going to fail with him. I did my part - I helped him start up with lots of success at first but now that my income is being affected by his poor decisions, I'm fed up.

I already gave you my advice in your other thread.
Can you purchase leads?
Do you work at DunderMifflin? How do you feel about beets, bears and Battlestar Galactica?
You start a lot of threads!

All the while, my boss/friend comes in and does zero work to contribute. Instead, he sits in his office and stares at reports on what we're doing throughout the day. Then he'll send strongly-worded emails to us with vague threats to work holidays and cutting commissions instead of calling an in-person meeting (we're an office of 4 total) - an in-person meeting is quite doable.
Bye Felicia!

You work for you.
If you are not being valued and treated well, you need to leave.
You are the only person in the work world that cares about you.
You owe it to you to take care of you first, last and always.
This is not a combat unit. It’s work.
You take care of you.

Start your own company. Buy leads from original vendor. Profit?
