Is it time to revive or restart the Penny Stock/SmallCaps thread?

if so, let this be the start.

As always, pennies and big board smallcaps are extremely speculative and possess an extreme amount of risk. you must possess a certain amount of risk appetite to even entertain the thought of trading pennies. Being azn, I am born with such an appetite for these risk/reward stocks and 12 team parlays.

I ask that the money board wizards (stout, ruskie, and others) give us some leeway here as we navigate such minefields

these are awful and no one should play them.
