Is it all fake?

SpaceX makes no money and yet, one of the analysts was saying they could climb to 800 dollars a share 
, TSLA has a higher market cap than Toyota, Ford and Ferrari COMBINED,and sell maybe 10% of the cars those others sell.
Anthropic, OpenAi, Gemini are cash burning machines all propped up by " AI will take over the world we need to spend billions now to get ahead of our competitors."
Any Joe Blow Manager can slap AI behind his company's name or mention "we are getting into the AI business" during the earnings guidance and the stock will shoot to the moon. Then he can exit his position and leave a shiteton of retail holding those heavy bags.
And here is the kicker... if it all goes south, which it will, the government will print enough money to fill all the world's oceans with benjamins.Our congressmen and senators are one of the biggest owners of US equities on the planet, the only people who have more invested in the stock market are the owners of the congressmen. No way they are letting it crash.
Am I being too cynical?

Brother days like today do make one question these things. The fact that we have companies trading 20x earnings is mind blowing.

Sorry that you were born at a time where you’re forced to gamble in the stock market just to keep up with inflation so you don’t starve to death when you’re too old to work rather than being born in the greatest time in American history when you could get a fun job at the factory and put in your 8 hours then go get drunk at the bowling alley and drive home to your $4000 house and your wife that didn’t have to work. And retire at 55 with a full pension and die at 61 of mesothelioma like God intended instead of your kids dumping you in a nursing home.

Imagine being a generation that I won’t name and watching your dad go fight the japs then come home and have to fight the scabs and company gun thugs to make sure that his Maytag plant would be the best job in town forever, only to say that no, you don’t want a good factory job, making washing machines that last forever, you want to sell insurance
