I have a house in Baton Rouge that will be a short-term rental as soon as I can insure it properly. I’m just having trouble finding someone to insure it in the little that I’ve been calling around. Has anyone here done this lately or know of a company that will? Thanks in advance!

Shoot me the address. I can check our carriers and see what’s out there.

When you say short term are you meaning air bnb type stuff or 12 month lease type stuff

I have a home that I converted into a STR. I have USAA, if you qualify as it is a military centric company, and was surprised that not only do they have it, but my rates also barely budged. <$200 / yr increase.

I kept the same excellent coverage and protection and I have an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub.
