Infrastructure Bill influence on the markets?

Just keep sitting on that cash. The correction is coming. One day. Maybe.

Even if it does pass, they’ll just use it as a vehicle to ram through higher taxes, so don’t expect any boost to the market.

But the money will have to be spent, right? If any infrastructure is actually be built, someone somewhere would be receiving huge contracts to construct it. I guess the question is can that be capitalized on by a retail investor.? You can’t by shares of Boh Brothers or Coastal Bridge so I don’t know how else it’ll influence the markets. Am I just totally getting the question wrong?
