Yeah for instance if there are certain groups that hold consumer credit card debt.

What do you mean? Amex, Discover, Citi, Cap One, etc. are all publicly traded companines that can be invested in.

Sounds like you are looking to get in on a company that specializes in buying people's debt (debt settlement programs) when their CC & other revolving debt gets out of control; and not necessarily the actual lenders?

Not quite sure yet just was interested in looking at any companies that may do this if they exist.
