you've said that like three times now

what parts did I make up?

I'm talking about the general real estate market, many posters join in on things and add to threads, and crybaby know-nothings like you get their feelings hurt

You're claiming that your positioning yourself for a crash and have been holding cash the last few years

Then you go on to say that a large portion of that cash is in fact invested in the market

Maybe include some of that in your completely worthless OP that is nothing more than a hunch.

How many hours of work would you say you’ve put in over the last four years? From showing the property, making repairs, cleaning for renters/sale, etc.

as you should know since you're being the inquisitor, estimated on taxes, and i have no idea.

I had two renters in four years, so I cleaned twice. It was 12 miles away. The heating system went out twice. The first renter squatted so I hired my lawyer to get her fat arse out. And all the while I knew I was doubling my money.

You must be 38 years old thinking you're going to time to market your entire life.

I'm near retirement.

Cash is king.

No, you're literally the one who does not know what an income fund is

How would you come to that conclusion?

Are you going to say anything that isn't immediately identifiable as stupid in this thread?

Sounds like you and I made about the same percentage on our investment the last four years, and I did it without lifting a finger.

Also, I’ve never tried to time the market. You, on the other hand, tacitly claimed in your OP to be actively timing the market. Turns out, you put in a fair amount of time and effort to make the same amount of money that the rest of us did without giving it a second thought.

Huzzah, everyone made money over the last four years

I literally said nothing of the kind

yall just make shite up when you look stupid on here

the OP was about people with cash, who would then use that if home prices come down. Simple as that. Go back and read it.

You’re right, holding cash to buy low isn’t trying to time the market at all
