I currently owe about 20 years on a 30 at 3.375, it wasn't worth it last time I checked to move into a 15. But can i get 2.5 or lower?

I'm in a similar situation. I owe about 22 years on a 30 at 3.5% and wondering if I could get 2.5 or lower on a 15 year term.

In North Carolina

I used the builders preferred lender. Got closing cost covered and free upgraded appliances.
