How do you guys track Credit Card Discount Offers?

Not like sign up bonuses, but things like monthly changing offers for your cards.
It's somewhat rare that I get one worth much, but I always forget which card it's on and have to log in and look, which is annoying.
Do you have a method to remember an offer you want to use, and which card it is on that you would care to share?

Max Rewards is fantastic. It automatically adds all offers and if you use AmEx it adds offers to multiple cards (and offers can be used on multiple cards).

I update the categories in my Notes app. For most day-to-day stuff, I know off-hand what I need to use. For special purchases, like home improvement or some other specialty store, I just check my notes first to see if one of my cards has that category.
For my wife, I literally have to put a piece of scotch tape on all of her cards and write in sharpie "GROCERY" "GAS" etc...

Would be pretty cool to have something like that. It's too much of a pain to constantly log in to check what's worth more at the moment so I usually don't bother with it
